A Year of Growth and Gratitude

FolksPat Thanksgiving Newsletter

Dear Friends, Partners, and the Entire FolksPat Community,

I want to take a minute to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. I hope your holiday was filled with love, gratitude, family, and at least one extra helping of whatever you definitely didn’t need a second serving of.

As we come out of Thanksgiving and head into the holiday season, I find myself reflecting on what an incredible year this has been for our team at FolksPat. The scale of what we have built together continues to inspire me, and I am grateful for every musician, artist, partner, and friend who has believed in our mission.

Global Milestones

This year, we oversaw musician contracting for Kygo’s global tour, employing more than 440 musicians across an extraordinary footprint. We performed in 22 countries and 9 U.S. states, reaching more than 750,000 fans worldwide.

Our biggest audiences included:
150,000 fans in Brazil with the Backstreet Boys
100,000 fans in Toronto with Kygo
65,000 fans in Mexico City with Kygo

Moments like these are powerful reminders of the global impact music can have.

Launching Intusic

One of our proudest milestones this year was the release of the first Intusic prototype, featuring Frankie and The Witch Fingers and their track “Gutter Priestess” from their new album Trash Classic.

We exceeded every KPI in under three weeks, validated the core concept, and opened the door to working with an exciting lineup of artists, performers, and athletes. The conversations now underway point to a powerful next chapter for the Intusic platform.

Travel, Partnerships, and Creative Expansion

This year took us across the country and around the world to support artists, cultivate partnerships, and expand our creative footprint. Highlights include:

Rezz’s sold-out Portal show at the Tacoma Dome, featuring direct support by DJ Diesel (Shaquille O’Neal)

Palm Tree Music Festivals in Aspen, Montecito, Napa Valley, and The Hamptons

• Our Chief Music Officer joining the Backstreet Boys for select global shows

• Ongoing collaboration with Playback Music Library, led by Sean Lascelles and Amanda Pulver, with contributions from Claire Uchima, Hayla, Justin Jesso, and more

• Co-writing and co-producing the string arrangements for Kygo and Victoria Nadine’s “Can’t Get Enough - Orchestral Version”

Composing the music for the trailer for Vertical’s new film “Dead of Winter,” starring Emma Thompson, featuring vocals by FolksPat Media’s own Katie McGhie, which has earned more than 1 million views since its launch in August 2025

Negotiating the licensing deal for Katie Garfield’s track “This Is Warfare” on behalf of Survios for the launch trailer to Alien: Rogue Incursion

These achievements reflect our commitment to serving artists at the highest level while continuing to expand our reach across film, music, games, and interactive media.

Film and Original Content

On the film side, we are thrilled to be co-executive producing a genre-bending short film proof-of-concept written and directed by The Erike Brothers, shot last month in Arizona. The film will feature music by Rezz and Jeremy Tisser, our CEO and Co-Founder.

We are collaborating with Oscar winners at Formosa Group and Company 3 for post production and preparing for the feature adaptation next year. This project represents another exciting expansion of FolksPat’s creative ecosystem.

ATTENTION FILM INVESTORS:
We are now in the final stages of fundraising for the feature film. If you or someone you know are interested in a first-in, first-out position on a project that is already generating serious momentum and building a stacked cast of top global talent, reply to this email and I will send you the deck. Investments made after January 1 qualify for the Section 181 tax deduction, allowing you to write off the entire investment.

A Personal Note of Gratitude

From me,
Jeremy Tisser, CEO and Co-Founder

This year has been full of milestones I could not have predicted, but what I am most grateful for is the people. We do not build technology for its own sake. We build systems that take care of artists, respect their craft, and create meaningful opportunities for them. I am proud of our team, humbled by the trust of our partners, and excited for the future we are creating.

Looking Ahead

Next year, FolksPat will:

• Expand Intusic with a premium white-glove interactive experience for artists
• Deliver bespoke interactive content at the cost of a music video
• Build new corporate partnerships to de-risk creative projects
• Continue growing in music, touring, film, and game development

2026 is shaping up to be our strongest and most exciting year yet.

Thank You

Thank you for being part of the FolksPat family. Wishing you a joyful, restful, and happy Holiday season.

Warmly,
Jeremy Tisser
and the FolksPat Media Group Team
